IT Manager – Watford – Hybrid (2–3 days per week).
Responsibilities- Oversee IT operations and support for a team of 5.
- Manage backups, restorations and maintain platform architecture.
- Administer CRM systems, ideally Salesforce or Microsoft solutions.
- Support cloud computing and managed workflows.
- Assist with helpdesk and resolve incidents.
- Implement safe change management and ensure smooth transition of updates.
- Participate in auditing processes in a heavily regulated environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong background in backups, restorations, CRM systems, cloud computing and workflow management.
- Experience with auditing processes.
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
