Excellent opportunity for M365 Core-view Architect to be part of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice. Cognizant Infrastructure Services – Provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, Security Services, Dev Ops, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services and Environment Management Services.

Design and govern enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms including:

• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• One Drive for Business

Define standards, governance frameworks, security controls, and operational guardrails.

Establish role-based administration and delegated access models using Core View capabilities.

Drive platform modernization and adoption initiatives.

Lead implementation of Core View as the governance and automation platform for M365 services.

Design low-code and no-code automation workflows using Core View.

• Distribution Lists
• Shared Mailboxes
• Resource mailbox management

Integrate Core View with Service Now to enable self-service provisioning and governance workflows.

Architect solutions for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and One Drive.

Advise on collaboration best practices, lifecycle management, and governance.

Design enterprise federation and B2B collaboration strategies.

Implement guest access, external sharing, and cross-tenant collaboration controls.

Support Teams Voice, Teams Rooms, and Meeting Room governance initiatives.

Lead enterprise migration initiatives including:

• Teams migrations
• SharePoint migrations
• Exchange Online migrations
• Conference Room migrations

Define migration architectures, validation strategies, rollback plans, and operational readiness models.

Automate migration activities wherever feasible using Core View, Service Now, Microsoft Graph, and Power Shell.

Design and govern federation access policies for external partners and vendors.

Implement secure collaboration frameworks using Entra , Conditional Access, and guest access governance.

Provide architectural guidance for B2B/B2B Direct Connect and cross-tenant collaboration scenarios.

Build integrations leveraging:

• Core View APIs
• Microsoft Graph
• Power Shell
• Service Now
• Power Automate

Drive automation roadmap across collaboration services and operational support processes.

Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery efficiency.

Ensure alignment with M365 security and compliance standards.

Partner with Security teams on:

• Conditional Access
• MFA
• DLP
• Auditing
• eDiscovery
• Information Protection

Establish monitoring, reporting, and governance dashboards.

Good experience in Microsoft 365 architecture roles.

Deep knowledge of Core View platform administration, governance, and workflow automation.

Strong experience with:

• Microsoft Graph API
• Power Shell
• Service Now Integration Hub

• Exchange migrations
• Conference Room migrations

Experience implementing:

• Federation access controls
• Cross-tenant collaboration
• External sharing governance
• SharePoint governance models
