Operations & Services Lead
- 12-Month Contract
- Inside IR35 - Watford
- Hybrid
We are seeking an Operations & Services Lead with experience in Power Platform, Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, SharePoint, JIRA, and Git Hub
. The successful candidate will manage support operations, drive service improvements, and work closely with business and IT teams to ensure effective delivery of Risk & Compliance technology solutions.
- Manage support requests, incidents, and service issues.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement of support and service management processes.
- Coordinate with IT teams on maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Support Git Hub repository management and best practices.
- Create support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Monitor SLAs and ensure high levels of service delivery.
- Produce regular reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Experience in a support, operations, or service management role.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, SharePoint, and Alteryx
. - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, and Git Hub
. - Knowledge of SDLC, change management, and release processes
. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
