We’re seeking a passionate, experienced Supervising Solicitor to lead a thriving team in our Children Department committed to excellence, innovation, and client-focused care.

Who We’re Looking for

* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 3+ years PQE

* Experienced in public/private children law (complex casework included)

* Member of or working towards Children or Family Law Accreditation

* Strong team leader & motivator with a compassionate approach

* Confident managing your own caseload + legal aid (CCMS) processes

* Organised, detail-focused, and driven to make an impact
