Chief Operating Officer

A group company with reputable global consumer brands is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead end-to-end operations across a complex, multi-channel business.

Reporting to the CEO, the COO will be accountable for Sales Operations, Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics and Fulfilment, ensuring reliable service, cost efficiency and scalable operational performance across B2B and eCommerce.

This is a senior leadership role suited to a hands-on operator with strong supply chain expertise and experience in consumer goods, retail, fashion, footwear or FMCG environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead sales operations, order management and customer fulfilment

* Own demand planning, forecasting and S&OP processes

* Manage procurement, supplier performance and long lead-time sourcing

* Oversee logistics, 3PLs, warehouses and transport partners

* Drive operational strategy, KPIs, process improvement and scalability

* Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional operational teams

Essential experience

* 15+ years’ experience, including senior leadership roles

* Strong background in supply chain, logistics, planning or operations

* Proven experience managing 3PLs and complex fulfilment networks

* Commercially minded, structured and delivery-focused

* Comfortable in fast-growth or transformation environments

* Sportswear, fashion or footwear experience highly desirable
