Watford, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid (3 days in the office per week).

Role Overview

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designing and delivering management development programmes for current and future leaders.
  • Creating a clear, practical management framework that blends emotional intelligence, best practice and expected behaviours.
  • Building and maintaining a self‑serve learning hub with toolkits, guides and playbooks for managers.
  • Working closely with People teams and Internal Comms to embed a culture of self‑directed learning.
  • Facilitating workshops, peer learning sessions and coaching to build core management capability.
  • Supporting the development of coaching and mentoring schemes across the business.
  • Regularly reviewing and evolving programmes to keep them relevant and effective.
  • Partnering with Talent teams to shape assessment frameworks for aspiring managers.
  • Ensuring all learning is inclusive, accessible and aligned to real business needs.
  • Using digital platforms and emerging technology to scale learning and development impact.
Main Skills Needed
  • Proven experience developing managers in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
  • Strong grounding in management and leadership development principles.
  • Confident facilitator and coach, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and curate engaging self‑serve learning content.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A growth mindset with a solutions‑focused approach.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Viva Learning) and digital learning platforms.
  • Highly personable individual.
