Salary: 80,000 per annum basic, 100,000 OTE

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director Complex Care to join our growing team in Watford, UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex care operations, with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care to vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our complex care services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve service delivery

Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the complex care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, and external agencies

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of care services

Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial targets

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for service improvements

Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Experience in a relevant field, such as complex healthcare management or business administration

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role within the complex care sector

Proven track record of successfully managing and developing complex care services

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and experience in ensuring compliance

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and implement improvements to service delivery

Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and resources

Passion for delivering high-quality care to vulnerable individuals
