Salary: £80,000 per annum basic, £100,000 OTE

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director Complex Care to join our growing team in Watford, UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex care operations, with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care to vulnerable individuals.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our complex care services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve service delivery
• Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the complex care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, and external agencies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of care services
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for service improvements
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

• Experience in a relevant field, such as complex healthcare management or business administration
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role within the complex care sector
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing complex care services
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and experience in ensuring compliance
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and implement improvements to service delivery
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and resources
• Passion for delivering high-quality care to vulnerable individuals
