This is a key position within the school's operational leadership team, responsible for ensuring the site remains safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.

• Lead and supervise the Estates Team
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance
• Oversee contractor management
• Ensure statutory compliance requirements are met
• Manage health and safety procedures across the site, including risk assessments, fire safety systems, planned preventive maintenance schedules, security systems, and contractor compliance
• Manage maintenance projects and monitor facilities budgets
• Oversee site security and maintain accurate compliance records
• Ensure the school's buildings and grounds provide an outstanding environment for students, staff, and visitors
