Job Overview

We are recruiting for an electrically qualified maintenance engineer to work for an established FMCG manufacturing company near Hitchin. The maintenance engineer will be involved in all site planned and reactive maintenance on industrial FMCG production machinery. This role operates on a Double Day shift basis and requires an electrical engineering qualification with experience in manufacturing industries. • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on industrial FMCG production machinery.
• Work on electrical systems including 3-phase power, inverters, rectifiers, motors, relays, sensors, and drives.
• Perform mechanical work on gearboxes, belts, bearings, chains, and pneumatics.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

• Electrical Engineering Qualification
• Electrical and Mechanical hands-on experience
