What Youll Own & Drive the technical development of high-performance sportswear from concept to delivery Lead fit sessions, ensuring precision fit, movement, and comfort across all products Partner with design and product teams to optimise fabric, trims, and construction Collaborate with global suppliers to deliver right-first-time quality Ensure compliance with performance, durability, and testing standards Manage timelines to hit critical milestones in a fast-paced, seasonal environment What You Bring Strong experience in sportswear / active wear / performance apparel Deep knowledge of technical fabrics, stretch, seam construction, and fit for movement Confident running fit sessions and influencing cross-functional teams Detail-focused with a passion for product excellence Comfortable working with international suppliers
