Normec i2 Analytical is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to run the Watford site, ensuring safe, efficient sample flow, lab activity and scheduling. You will drive Lean improvements, lead teams, and coordinate with UK and Poland teams on LIMS and process design.
Key focus areas include capacity planning, problem solving, and delivering on customer commitments while upholding quality and safety standards.
