Mitie in Harlesden is seeking a Hygiene Manager to lead hygiene and soft services at a flagship food manufacturing site in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment. You will take ownership of delivery, safety, and cleanliness across production and facilities.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and stakeholders, you will drive audit readiness, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement while developing and motivating a high-performing team of 30+ staff.
