Prepare tools (cleaning and applying release agents) for pre-preg operations
Perform kitting and lay-up of pre-preg materials in the correct sequence and orientation
Apply vacuum bagging techniques and prepare breather bag material kits
Conduct curing operations for pre-preg components using autoclaves, ovens, and vacuum systems following set procedures
Monitor material shelf life and maintain traceability
Follow all quality, safety, and process procedures to ensure compliance
Attend daily team meetings to review targets, issues, and safety updates
Identify and elevate production or quality issues promptly
Relevant manufacturing or engineering background preferred
Experience with pre-preg carbon fibre lay-up and processing an advantage
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Understanding of material handling and curing processes beneficial
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
Good verbal and written communication skills
Well-organized and capable of multi-tasking
Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Good teamwork and decision-making skills
Ability to visualize and plan work effectively
