The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 3-5 years’ experience in content marketing, social media marketing and brand campaigns. This is an ideal next step for a Senior Marketing Executive ready to take ownership of organic social media, content strategy, influencer marketing and brand partnerships within a growing e-commerce jewellery brand.

This is a creative, hands-on role. You will work collaboratively with our Marketing Executive and Junior Marketing Executive, providing clear briefs and helping the team deliver the marketing calendar. You will also support the Head of Marketing with wider brand strategy, PR and photoshoots.

Key Accountabilities Content and Social Media
  • Full ownership and delivery of the content calendar across Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, email and the website.
  • Lead the creation of engaging, on‑brand content for product launches, campaigns and key trading moments.
  • Plan, schedule and publish organic social content using Later.
  • Create clear briefs for colleagues, creators and external partners, ensuring content is delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.
  • Monitor performance and use results to improve organic reach, engagement and commercial effectiveness.
Campaigns and Brand
  • Lead content delivery for brand and product campaigns from initial brief through to launch.
  • Ensure campaign content is consistent across social media, email, the website and partnerships.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to bring the LILY & ROO brand strategy to life.
  • Identify relevant social, fashion and jewellery trends and translate them into brand opportunities.
Influencers and Partnerships
  • Own influencer marketing and creator activity, including gifting, paid collaborations, affiliate relationships and campaign content.
  • Identify creators and brand partners who genuinely align with LILY & ROO.
  • Agree deliverables, fees and usage rights within budget and ensure content is delivered on time.
  • Develop brand partnerships, competitions and collaborative campaigns.
  • Track performance, manage budgets and report on measurable results and return on investment.
PR and Photoshoots
  • Support the Head of Marketing with PR opportunities, press materials, product samples and brand storytelling.
  • Help build relationships with lifestyle, fashion and jewellery editors and align PR activity with campaigns and launches.
  • Support campaign, lifestyle, e‑commerce and social media photoshoots, contributing to creative concepts, mood boards and shot lists.
  • Attend shoots, organise final assets and ensure the content captured meets the needs of each marketing channel.
About You
  • 3-5 years marketing experience, ideally within jewellery, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or e‑commerce.
  • Experience as a Senior Marketing Executive, or in a similar role, with strong content marketing, organic social media and campaign delivery experience.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators and brand partners.
  • A clear understanding of how brand‑led content supports commercial performance.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and written English, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines without close supervision.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence providing direction to junior colleagues.
  • Experience using social media scheduling tools; knowledge of Later and Canva would be advantageous.
What Success Looks Like
  • Growing organic social engagement and reach against clear KPIs set by the Head of Marketing.
  • Delivering successful product launches and campaigns on time.
  • Building meaningful influencer and brand partnerships that achieve measurable results.
  • Increasing brand…
