Age UK is recruiting a Programme and Partnerships Officer to join the Age Friendly:
Live Better in an Age Friendly Hertfordshire initiative, covering Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere. You will lead local delivery plans, engage with councils and communities, and support communications and events across multiple local areas to benefit older residents.
You will work under the programme Lead, ensure actions are implemented, and help develop processes as the programme evolves.
