This is a casual, part‑time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. Your responsibilities include creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, making critical clinical decisions, developing tailored care plans, and providing safe medication administration.

You will have the autonomy to deliver excellence in all aspects of care.

To be successful, you must have current NMC registration and up‑to‑date knowledge of clinical practices. Experience in producing well‑developed care plans, detailed risk assessments, and an understanding of regulatory frameworks (including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines) is essential. You should be dedicated, compassionate, and pride yourself on a person‑centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
