£21.93 – £24.22 per hour, dependent on experience.

4 × 12‑hour shifts per week (48‑hour contract). Paid breaks and a £1,000 welcome bonus.

• Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents and ensure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
• Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
• Carry out assessments, develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with relevant standards, policies and legislation.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing the unit and clinical duties.
• Experience ensuring policies and standards are maintained to a high clinical standard.
• Confidence in providing clinical guidance for care teams, essential in CQC tasks.
• Build strong connections with residents and families, offering kindness and support.
• Effective communication and reporting skills for handover of clinical issues.
• Enhanced skills for working nights, remaining calm, self‑reliant and managing care staff in emergencies.
