Concept Care Community Services is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Lead on a fixed-term maternity cover contract in Watford. This community-based home care leadership role involves overseeing clinical operations, carrying out complex client assessments and reviews, managing complaints and safeguarding concerns, maintaining compliance with CQC regulations, supporting and training care staff, and liaising with healthcare professionals and local authorities.

- Registered Nurse with active NMC registration

- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and business insurance
