We are currently recruiting Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work agency shifts at a well-established care home in Watford.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses looking for flexible agency work, with the ability to choose shifts that fit around your existing commitments.

• Providing person-centred nursing care to residents
• Administering and managing medication safely
• Completing clinical assessments and maintaining accurate records
• Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changes in condition
• Working collaboratively with care staff and other healthcare professionals
• Supporting residents with complex care needs where required
• Ensuring all care is delivered in line with relevant policies and professional standards

• Registered General Nurse (RGN/RN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Previous experience working within a care home, nursing home or similar setting
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider care team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Right to work in the UK
