Quality Assurance Manager - Lending Operations

• Conduct regular QA reviews of underwriting files
• Monitor compliance with credit policy and procedures, including reviewing the quality and completeness of credit assessments and supporting documentation vs. target standard
• Monitor compliance with AML assessment policy & procedures, including reviewing the quality and completeness of KYC and KYB customer due diligence processes and supporting documentation vs. target standard
• Support continuous improvements to underwriting procedures and quality assurance framework
• Provide formal feedback and coaching to Lending Ops teams, as well as informal support and query management in BAU.
• Regular reporting of QA outputs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support Internal and External audit activities and regulatory reviews.

• Quality assurance experience
• Previous relevant experience within a Financial Services organisation
• Strong ability to work with numbers and present MI clearly
• Excellent practical capability in Excel, and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Quicksight etc.)
• Excellent written communication & presentation skills
• Excellent practical capability in Word & Powerpoint
