The Role As the successful Tenancy Renewal Assistant , you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Your key responsibilities will include Reviewing market conditions and identifying opportunities to achieve the best outcomes for clients Negotiating and agreeing commercial terms with clients, landlords and tenants. Supporting lease renewals, negotiations and related property matters.
Liaising with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders to ensure matters are progressed efficiently. Working closely with legal advisers and other professionals to ensure appropriate documentation is prepared and completed. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring departmental systems and documentation are kept up to date. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build positive relationships with clients, customers and colleagues.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills. A proactive approach to delivering high-quality results. Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures. The ability to manage priorities and meet customer expectations. A commitment to professional standards, compliance and integrity. Interview process The recruitment process involves a two-stage client interview and whilst the role is an immediate start, applications will be considered from people on a notice period.
