The Role - Assistant Manager:
As Assistant Manager , you'll support the Store Manager in all areas of retail operations. From team leadership to customer service and visual standards, you'll help ensure the store delivers an outstanding experience every day.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving daily operations and delivering store KPIs Leading and developing the retail team Providing excellent customer service at every touchpoint Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and team training Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and stock control Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
