Our Supervisors play a key role in creating awelcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back. Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to-day running ofthe store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results andsmooth shop-floor operations.

What you'll do:

• Greet, assist,and leadby example on the shop floor, connecting with customers,sharing your passion for style and delivering great service
• Maintain acommercial approach to the role and operations,handling transactionsaccurately and assisting with stock control processes.
• Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience
• Assist in alltasks to ensure the smooth of the store

Who you'll be:

• Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment.
• Focused andtake pride in the work you do with our customers.
• Able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognisetheir needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
• Ideallyexperienced in a customer facing environment.
