The Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to join one of our luxury fragrance stores.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
- Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and take appropriate action to address performance issues and recognize top performers.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and preparing rotas and monthly payroll reports.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends and opportunities, and implement action plans to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager develop and implement promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and store merchandising plans.
- Previous experience in retail management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for the fragrance industry and a desire to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 28 days holiday.
