The Role
- Serving customers
- Dealing with any queries
- Assisting in stock replenishment on the shop floor
- Assisting with deliveries in and out of the store
- Dealing with any telephone queries effectively & communicating with customers and colleagues
- Other sales related duties
- Knowledge of all aspects of Electrical materials
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Able to work on own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience in a similar industry/sector is desirable
7.00am - 5.00pm Mon - Fri
7.00am - 3.30pm Every Second Saturday
- Attractive basic salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience
