Car Sales Executive – Prestige Dealership Watford

£24,000 basic + £60,000 OTE

Full-time | Permanent

Mon–Fri: 8:30am–6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am–4:00pm

The role is for an experienced Automotive Sales Executive to represent a luxury brand, build strong customer relationships and benefit from excellent earning potential.

• Achieve agreed new and used vehicle sales targets
• Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations
• Maintain and accurately record all customer contact details
• Handle customer queries and complaints to meet customer and company standards
• Respond to enquiries from new and existing customers
• Develop and maintain specialist knowledge of the prestige brand’s vehicles

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade
• Ability to follow an established sales process to achieve targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

• £24,000 basic with a realistic £60,000 OTE
