** of our time, at our Watford site. During the training period, we do ask new starters to be in the office 5 days a week until they are competent and fully trained.

** As a New Business Engagement Executive focusing on new business enquiries, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and bringing the benefits of our employee car scheme to a wider audience. You'll be a key player in our dynamic Employee Engagement Team, responsible for proactively connecting with potential customers, guiding them through the process, and ultimately driving new business growth.

Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries via phone and email, applying your consultative skills to convert interest into confirmed orders. Provide expert guidance and address customer objections with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
