About the RoleAs a Business Development and Sales Representative, you’ll play a key part in expanding our client base and driving brand growth across the Watford area. This face-to-face role is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating, connecting, and converting — every day brings fresh conversations and opportunities to build genuine relationships.
You’ll learn how to engage with customers in person, present tailored solutions, and close sales that help both the customer and the company achieve their goals. YourResponsibilities Include:
- Represent our clients and brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence.
- Engage face-to-face / In person with potential customers to identify needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and report insights to support strategy and performance.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and personal development initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture built on teamwork and accountability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy talking to people and making a great impression.
- A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a hunger to learn and grow.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule effectively.
- A team player who brings enthusiasm and positivity to every interaction.
- Previous customer-facing or sales experience is a plus, but not essential — full training provided.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and available for in-person work in Watford.
