The software is used today in over 150,000 locations across 100+ countries by the world’s top restaurant and food service operators, including Chipotle, Culver’s, Domino’s, Dunkin’, Five Guys and P.F. Chang’s. The platform now includes Zenput to manage inventory, staff scheduling, learning and development, food safety, operational tasks and audits.

About

The Role

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will prospect, lead, and close opportunities across our Inventory, Operations Execution, and Kitchen Systems suite within the UK & Europe territory.

What you’ll do as a Mid Market Account Executive
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from needs analysis, solution validation, pilot, to closing the sale across the UK & Europe territory.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Secure both new and expansion opportunities.
  • Demonstrate solutions through storytelling.
  • Conduct remote conversations through video conferences, with some travel to meet with executives.
  • Document and update CRM based on interactions.
  • Meet quarterly goals and add top-line revenue.
  • Contribute to scaling the company and play a key role in helping mature the entire Sales function as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3‑4 years of experience in B2B Sales (preferably SaaS) as an AE.
  • History of exceeding quota.
  • Outstanding command of prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple prospect departments and teams.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally across teams (sales, product, customer success).
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Self‑starter with a strong work ethic, prioritisation skills, listening ability, and a desire to teach others.
  • Willingness and desire to proactively seek new business rather than wait for inbound leads.
Nice to haves
  • Experience selling into the restaurant space.
  • Experience as an operator in the restaurant space.
  • Experience selling a system of record or an inventory management solution.
