Graduate Scheme - Business Development (Commercial)

£28k basic salary with £38k OTE

Our client are leaders in healthcare product distribution, seeking ambitious graduates to enhance presence, generate revenue by capitalising on warm leads, opening new opportunities, and increasing book of business with a customer‑led approach.

• Obtain thorough knowledge of the company and its offering to best educate prospective customers
• Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email and social channels to schedule meetings, webinars and demonstrations
• Develop relationships through extensive research – identify key influencers within accounts and build rapport
• Support customer success to ensure clients are happy with the services secured
• Shadow senior members of the team to understand the 360 process with a view to progression within the business
