AVASO Technology Solutions is looking for a high‑impact Global Account Manager who thrives in hunting, closing, and scaling large global accounts. This is not a farming‑only role. We are looking for someone who can open doors, build relationships at the C‑suite level, and close multi‑country deals independently.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow large global accounts with multi‑year revenue strategies
  • Drive net‑new business acquisition using your professional network
  • Lead end‑to‑end global sales cycles (qualification, solutioning, pricing, closure)
  • Build strong relationships with Director to C‑Suite stakeholders
  • Lead complex multi‑country RFPs and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Delivery, Finance, Legal, Solutioning)
  • Maintain strong pipeline governance and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Act as the commercial owner for all deals and account performance
Qualifications
  • 9‑14 years in enterprise sales / global account management (IT services only)
  • Proven hunting capability (net‑new logo acquisition)
  • Strong experience in multi‑country, multi‑tower deal ownership
  • Deep understanding of:
    Field Services (IMAC, Break‑Fix, SLA models), Managed Services & Global Delivery Models, EUC, Service Desk, DaaS, ITAD
  • Strong commercial acumen:
    Pricing & margin management, contract negotiation (MSA, SOW, SLAs)
  • Established network across MNCs, OEMs, distributors, or system integrators
  • IT services background is mandatory
  • Salesforce expertise required
