Field Sales Executive

Job: Field Sales Representative (Employee Engagement Executive)

Salary: £28,800 – £42,000 (Base £28,800; increases to £31,900 after probation; potential to £42,000 plus commission within 9–12 months)

Commission: Uncapped; minimum on‑target earnings £42,000 after probation

Location: UK‑wide travel; company car and fuel card provided

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours/week

Start Date: 24 August (training academy)

Requirements: Full UK driving licence (0–6 points, no bans in last 4 years); positive attitude, strong people skills, ready to make an impact

• Visit blue‑collar workplaces such as care homes, bus depots, and warehouses
• Speak directly with staff and offer employee benefits that improve lives – health support, financial protection, and insurance
• Work at pre‑booked locations – no cold calling

• High earnings potential with uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses
