Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team at Renault Watford, based at Watford Business Park (WD18).

This role offers the opportunity to work across both New and Used vehicle sales, providing variety in your day-to-day responsibilities and broader exposure across the full product range.

The position involves working with Renault, Dacia and approved used vehicles, supported by strong enquiry levels, established processes, and a consistent flow of customer opportunities.

What You'll Do

In this customer-facing role, you'll support customers through their purchasing journey across both new and used vehicles:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their needs in a friendly and professional way
• Presenting both new and used vehicles, including features, options and comparisons
• Arranging and conducting test drives
• Supporting customers through the full sales process, from enquiry to handover
• Presenting finance, insurance and add-on products in a clear and compliant way
• Handling documentation, payments and order processing
