You're helping families make one of the most important decisions they'll ever face—finding the right care for someone they love.
As Marketing & Sales Manager for Splendid Care, you'll shape how our homes are seen, how our story is told, and how we connect with families looking for high-quality residential care. From creating impactful marketing campaigns and building relationships in local communities to developing a seamless enquiry journey, you'll play a key role in helping our homes thrive.

This is more than a marketing role. It's an opportunity to combine creativity with commercial thinking, taking ownership of our private room sales pipeline and driving occupancy across our care homes. Every enquiry, every campaign and every relationship you build has the potential to make a real difference to someone's life.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role

Working across our care homes, you'll lead both our marketing and private room sales strategy by:

  • Developing and delivering local and divisional marketing campaigns across print, digital and community channels.
  • Growing awareness of our homes through local partnerships, events, PR and community engagement.
  • Managing our website, social media channels and online reputation to ensure every home is represented professionally and consistently.
  • Creating engaging content that showcases our people, homes and resident experiences.
  • Owning the end-to-end enquiry journey, ensuring every enquiry is tracked, followed up and converted into admissions wherever possible.
  • Building strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, local organisations and other referral partners.
  • Monitoring occupancy, enquiry conversion and marketing performance, using data and insight to continually improve results.
  • Working closely with Home Managers to ensure every prospective resident and their family receives an exceptional experience throughout their journey.
What Makes You Splendid

You’ll be equally comfortable discussing campaign performance as you are building relationships with families, healthcare professionals and local communities.

You’ll also bring:

  • Proven experience in a marketing and sales role, ideally combining traditional and digital marketing.
  • Experience managing enquiries or sales pipelines and using CRM systems to maximise conversions.
  • A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to represent Splendid Care externally.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across several locations.
  • A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly between our homes.
  • Experience with in care, healthcare, hospitality or another customer-focused service sector would be advantageous.

Our values are at the heart of everything we do:

Honest. Brilliant. Nimble. Open.

They guide how we care for our residents, support one another and work together to make a positive difference every day.
