Working Hours:

Monday - Saturday, Day off in the week, No Sundays!

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join a busy and successful main dealership in Bushey. This role is ideal for someone with automotive sales experience or a strong background in high-value sales who is driven to exceed targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Guide customers through the complete vehicle buying journey from enquiry to handover
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable vehicles and products
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction
• Promote finance, insurance and value-added products where appropriate
• Manage enquiries from showroom, telephone and online channels
• Ensure accurate administration and compliance throughout the sales process

• Previous automotive sales experience or experience in a high-value sales environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Professional, organised and enthusiastic attitude
• Full UK Driving Licence
