Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing client in Watford for a Fundraiser to join their expanding community outreach team. You'll represent nationally recognised charities, engaging with members of the public through face-to-face conversations to raise awareness and inspire long-term support for meaningful causes.

This isn't a telephone or office-based fundraising role. Instead, you'll work within local communities, visiting busy shopping areas, residential neighbourhoods, and other public locations where people live, work, and shop.

No previous fundraising or sales experience is required—full training and ongoing support will be provided.

• Representing nationally recognised charities through face-to-face community fundraising
• Raising awareness of charity missions, campaigns, and the impact they make
• Building genuine relationships with members of the public
• Helping supporters understand how regular giving makes a lasting difference
• Supporting new supporters through a professional and compliant sign-up process
• Working towards individual and team fundraising goals

• Friendly, confident, and approachable individuals
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Passion for helping worthwhile causes
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, or sales is beneficial but not essential

• Earnings (£1,935 per calendar month) include a combination of base pay plus uncapped on-target earnings through performance-based incentives (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period)
