Looking for an opportunity that allows you to make a positive impact while developing valuable communication and sales skills? Our client in Watford is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join their expanding sales team. No prior experience is required, as full training is provided.

This is a people-focused, field-based opportunity where you’ll engage directly with members of the public, represent established charitable organisations, and help raise awareness and support for meaningful causes.

• Engaging in face-to-face conversations with members of the public (no telephone work)
• Representing charitable causes with professionalism and positivity
• Signing up new supporters and encouraging long-term donor engagement
• Developing key sales skills such as communication, active listening, and objection handling
• Working towards agreed performance targets with guidance from experienced mentors

• Weekly performance-based earnings
• Typical earnings for active representatives range between £500–£700+ per week; earnings are based on individual performance and are not guaranteed
