Sales Executive

Location: Bushey

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy main dealership in Bushey. Applicants must have previous automotive sales experience or a strong background in high-value sales, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: £22,500 basic + Uncapped Bonus | OTE: £65,000+

Hours:

Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week | No Sundays

Sales Executive Role
Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process from enquiry to handover
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and products
Manage showroom, telephone and online sales enquiries
Achieve vehicle sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards
Promote suitable finance, insurance and additional products
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Complete sales administration accurately and ensure all compliance procedures are followed

Sales Executive Requirements
Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive, or a strong background in high-value sales
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
Confident and professional approach to customers
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
