Job OverviewYou will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and clients at the site’s Access Control hub. Your responsibilities include granting appropriate access, following escalation procedures for issues, and working varied hours across off‑peak, peak and super‑peak times from Monday to Sunday.

- Previous experience in a similar role and organisation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A valid SIA Front‑Line License – essential
- Knowledge of Access Control software, preferably C‑Cure 9000
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft software packages (e.g. Excel)
- Ability to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards
- Provide access to visitors, clients and contractors using C‑Cure 900 and VM Easy
- Adhere to operational instructions, including alarm responses, building access and production protocols
- Report and/escalate issues to Corps Security and on‑site management
- Produce clear, logical and well‑written operational reports within required time frames
- Stay fully conversant with site systems and procedures
- Support Corps Security and site management in identifying and implementing service improvements
- Communicate changes in building occupancy, setup and production to all relevant parties
- Maintain safety and security through operation of integrated security systems
- Liaise with external authorities, including the police
- Provide immediate response to major or minor incidents, including medical incidents, fire alarms, evacuations and crisis situations
- Perform other administrative duties as deemed necessary by the DSMs, supervisors or clients at a level commensurate with the position
