- Maintain a confident, professional, and approachable security presence throughout the venue.
- Ensure the safety and protection of guests, staff, and property across hotel and theatre environments.
- Carry out female searches in accordance with venue policy, safeguarding standards, and legal requirements.
- Oversee access control, monitor entry points, and support all search procedures.
- Conduct thorough internal and external patrols to identify and address potential risks.
- Manage crowd flow and guest safety during live performances, events, and peak periods.
- Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, ensuring calm and controlled resolution.
- Produce clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports and maintain all required records.
- Communicate professionally with venue management, staff teams, and emergency services when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel safe, supported, and welcomed at all times.
You must live 45 minutes commute from Watford.
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Experience with in hotels, theatres, or hospitality venues
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and conflict‑management skills
- Smart, professional appearance
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
