Role Purpose
To carry out general carpentry duties
Key Responsibilities
* Install, repair and adjust doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, and general internal joinery.
* Carry out structural and first-fix carpentry including stud walls and floor joists.
* Perform second-fix carpentry including finishing work and trims.
* Read and work from drawings, plans, and site instructions.
* Maintain a clean and safe working area.
* Liaise with site management and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a site carpenter (refurbishment preferred).
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Ability to work to measurement and specification.
* CSCS Card
Personal Attributes
* Reliable and punctual.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good attention to detail
