Fire Supervisor

CLC is a leading property maintenance and refurbishment group with a turnover of c.£250m, approximately 1,000 employees and a national presence. The new Fire Supervisor will receive a salary commensurate with their experience. You can discuss the exact figure with a recruiter.

• Ensure smooth operation of a designated site.
• Ensure site personnel carry out tasks efficiently to complete the contract on time, within budget and with zero defects and risk to health & safety.
• Act as the customer service champion on site.
• Work across multiple work streams.
• Supervise site personnel, including sub‑contractors.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, health, safety and welfare requirements.
• Support management to meet the business needs.
• Attend and control meetings with colleagues and clients when required.
• Represent CLC’s brand professionally at all times.

• FIRAS accreditation (or willing to achieve it).
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery or relevant trade, or equivalent competence from on‑the‑job experience.
• CSCS card (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Enhanced DBS check (required).

• Proven experience as a dedicated Supervisor for fire and protection works.
• Experience in social housing/health/high street sectors.
• Previous supervision of fire stopping/door installers.
• Trade background experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety on site.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Initiative and self‑direction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem‑solving and diagnostic abilities.

• Proactive and enthusiastic with personal drive.
• Adaptable.
