We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to learn a skilled trade and build a long‑term career with us. No direct experience is needed — we’ll provide full training. Any trade or manual skills are a bonus, but what matters most is the right attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

As a Trainee Technician, you’ll work on‑site alongside experienced Technicians and Senior Technicians, learning through hands‑on experience. You’ll also train at our office and warehouse to understand our processes and equipment. This is a full‑time, site‑based role (no hybrid working). Uniform will be provided and must be worn on all jobs.

• Assist with leak detection surveys and property investigations
• Learn to use specialist tools and techniques
• Support senior team members on‑site to deliver high‑quality work
• Help maintain and prepare equipment at our warehouse
• Complete all required training
• Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism at all times

• Keen to learn and develop practical, hands‑on skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high‑quality work
• Comfortable working on client sites in varied environments
• Takes instructions well and works safely
• Positive attitude and a strong team player

• No experience required (full training provided)
• Any trade or manual work experience is a plus
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
• Good communication skills
