Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Role Purpose

To carry out general carpentry duties

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair and adjust doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, and general internal joinery.

• Carry out structural and first-fix carpentry including stud walls and floor joists.

• Perform second-fix carpentry including finishing work and trims.

• Read and work from drawings, plans, and site instructions.

• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

• Liaise with site management and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a site carpenter (refurbishment preferred).

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Ability to work to measurement and specification.

• CSCS Card
