Commercial Upholsterer / Contract Upholstery

We are recruiting on behalf of a Commercial Upholstery restoration business that requires a skilled Upholsterer or commercial Furniture Restorer for an immediate start.

The role offers a basic salary of £34,000 per annum with earnings averaging £45,000–£55,000 in overtime and additional earnings.

Benefits include a fully serviced work vehicle with unlimited fuel, tools, and all additional expenses such as parking and accommodation (if required).

Location:

Bristol/Chippenham/Swindon region, travelling along the M4 Corridor (may include occasional overnight stays, fully compensated).

• Repair and restore upholstery and furniture in commercial premises such as pubs, restaurants, and hotels.
• Use a sewing machine to cut and sew on site.
• Perform top‑stitching, quilted, and button‑back upholstery.
• Undertake other reasonable activities as required, including travel.
• Occasional overnight stays when required.

• Machine sew and cut on-site using a mobile sewing machine (provided).
• Perform top‑stitching, quilted, and button‑back upholstery.
• Significant experience in commercial furniture production and/or restoration techniques.
• Extensive relevant workplace experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
