We’re recruiting a PPM M&E Engineer to join our award-winning Facilities Management team.

What’s on offer

* OTE up to £60,000 (including overtime, bonus & enhancements)

* Base salary: £37,658 – £42,432 per annum (depending on experience)

The role

You’ll be mobile, travelling between sites carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a retail-focused portfolio.

Your work will include PPM activities on:

* Air Conditioning

* Heating & Heat Pumps

* Electrical services & emergency lighting

* Some refrigeration-biased PPM tasks (training provided)

During seasonal PPM freeze periods, you’ll support the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams.

This is an autonomous role where you’ll take ownership of planned maintenance, fault finding and minor repairs, while confidently delivering a range of mechanical and electrical tasks.

What we’re looking for

* Full UK Driving Licence

* NVQ Level 3 Electrical

* 18th Edition

* Unvented Hot Water

* Strong HVAC & plumbing knowledge

* Experience with in a retail or commercial environment

* Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting

* Understanding of commercial refrigeration systems (desirable)

Working hours

* 45 hours per week

* Monday to Friday
