Role Description

This full-time on-site role working out of our Watford office and involves providing structural repair services on sites across London and the South East. The Structural Repair Operative will become part of a team responsible for delivering high-quality repair solutions using both modern and traditional techniques. Responsibilities include accurate execution of repair plans, ensuring site safety, and collaborating with team members to meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate would possess the following;

* Experience in the construction industry

* From a bricklaying or plastering background

* Experience in structural repairs and repair methodologies

* Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

* NVQ Level 2 trade qualification in bricklaying or plastering would be preferable but not essential

* CSCS Card

* Full clean driving license is preferred
