Are you a natural connector who loves building relationships and making an impact in your community? Radfield Home Care is looking for a Community Engagement Manager to help grow our brand and bring our high-quality home care services to those who need them most.

We’re a family-owned care agency, passionate about helping elderly people stay independent in their own homes. Based in Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere, we pride ourselves on putting our clients first and delivering care with heart.

• Raise Radfield Home Care’s profile across the community and online.
• Plan and run engaging events, campaigns, and PR initiatives.
• Build strong connections with local health teams, GP practices, and community partners.
• Turn opportunities into meaningful partnerships that support our clients and care professionals.
• Create content for newsletters, blogs, and social media to showcase our work.
• Track and measure the success of all initiatives.

• Passion for care and knowledge of the home care sector.
• People-person with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience using social media for business promotion.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.

• Previous experience in care/home care.
