West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Staff Support Chaplain to join the Spiritual and Pastoral Care team. The role focuses on staff wellbeing, confidential pastoral and spiritual support and leadership of chaplaincy services for colleagues across the Trust.
You will work within a diverse multi-faith team, provide compassionate listening, and contribute to a culture of inclusion and resilience. Flexibility includes on-call duties and occasional after-hours requirements.
